T E R M S   A N D   C O N D I T I O N S

  • When you book onto any of our classes or workshops you agree to our terms and conditions.

  • We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions brought into class.

  • We will never pass on your details on to any third parties.

  • Fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed when booking to guarantee your place(s). Please note fees are non-refundable but may be moved to an alternative class, term or workshop at our discretion.

  • If your child misses a session we are unable to offer a refund or add this session on to your next termly booking. We are happy to offer a make-up session in another class at a different time or location.

T H E A T R E M I N I S & T H E A T R E S C H O O L

  • For our Theatre Minis and Theatre School class, we offer all new students one free trial session (bookable in advance) in the time and location of your choice as long as that class is not already at capacity. If your top choice is full, you will have the opportunity to try another class in a different location or join our waiting list.

  • A registration form must be filled in and completed prior to your child(ren) taking part in the workshop. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical or allergy information relating to your child.

  • Your fees are paid at the beginning of a term for the whole term, for example, September to December. We require half a terms notice if your child does not wish to continue with us for the next term.  This allows us time to advertise and fill any spaces that become available for the term coming up. At half term we will write to you reminding you of the deadline for letting us know if your child does not wish to continue. If we do not hear from you by this deadline, your child will be automatically enrolled on to the next term and you will be invoiced accordingly. Should you let us know you do not wish to return for the next term after the deadline, you will be charged half a terms fees.  

  • In the event of a national lockdown classes will be transferred online via a suitable platform, i.e. Zoom.

  • Refunds, pauses and transfer of classes are agreed completely at our discretion and may not always be possible.

  • If, after the free trial, you accept a place for your child but then wish to cancel, a fee will apply due to us reserving that space for your child.

  • Children must not be left unattended at any time during the class and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

  • We are unable to offer refunds on booked sessions, however we are happy to offer a catch up class or alternative session where appropriate.
